The room felt quite DATED, and it could definitely use some updating. the furniture seemed old. and worn, i noticed some stains on the carpet. also, the noise insulation wasn't great. I could hear street noise, hard to sleep. the WiFi was often slow. so it wasn't reliable.

the location, is great and near the british museum, was perfect for me. the room i stayed in, a superior studio, was big with comfortable bed and a large bathroom. the continental breakfast offered was excellent and fresh. i am thankful.

the room was really hot, even with the heating turned down. there were two fans, so those were welcomed.

I really enjoyed my stay! The room I had was quite spacious with a kitchenette. The location was also great (so close to everything!). I found the staff to be very friendly and always ready to help.
